  • Malaysian-owned registered company
  • Minimum 3 years in operations

  • Consent form (note: all directors and shareholders must co-sign with company stamp).
  • Latest 2 years audited account
  • Latest 2 years company TAX FILLING and RECEIPT
  • Latest 2 years Directors and shareholders TAX FILLING and RECEIPT
  • Latest 6 months bank statements
  • Latest 1-month personal bank statement
  • Office photos (Office, Factory areas and outside building)
  • Office tenancy agreement
  • Identity cards of all directors and shareholders
  • Name card
  • Company form 24, 44, 49, Annual return (Section 68) and M&A
  • Pledged Property details:
    1. Leasehold or freehold
    2. Property type including but not limited to terrace house, agriculture land, shop lot, factory.
    3. Name of the property owner
    4. The market value of the property
    5. The current outstanding balance of the property
    6. Address of the property
    7. Property title/ Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah)
  • Latest month current residency’s utility bill for all directors and shareholders
  • Latest month utility bill for office
  • Property title/ Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah) from each director and shareholder
